LABS offers one payment option—Annual Tuition.  Annual Tuition may be paid in one lump sum (with this selection the one-time $75 registration fee is waived), or it may be paid in 10 installments at the first of each month September 2011 thru to and including June 2012, (with the one-time $75 registration fee required no later than September 6, 2011).There are no drop-out months. Per-class, weekly, monthly, or pro-rated payment options of any kind are not offered. With the sole exception of the once-weekly Adult Beginner/Intermediate Ballet Class, there are no open classes. 

Registration Fee: $75

Annual Tuition:
The annual tuition you will pay depends upon the Level the student is placed in.

There are two ways to pay your Annual Tuition:

1. One lump-sum payment paid on or before September 6th, 2011. The $75 registration fee is waived with this selection.
2. Installment Plan: Payable the first of each month, September thru June. The $75 registration fee is applied with this selection.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE/PLEASE READ: 
Again, there are NO drop-out months. If a student wishes to leave the school, he or she may depart on the 1st of the month provided a 30-day notice is given. There are no refunds.

Installment Payment Due Dates:
Payments are due no later than the sixth day of each month. Any payment that is received after the sixth day of the month will be assessed a $25 late fee. No courtesy reminders are given.

Payment Methods: Cash or Check, ONLY. NO credit cards.

Creative Movement:
$750 (one class per week), OR: $1500 (2 classes per week) 
Installment Plan: $75 (1 class per week), OR: $150 (2 classes per week) September thru June, + $75 registration fee

Pre Ballet:
$750 (one class per week), OR: $1500 (2 classes per week)
Installment Plan: $75 (1 class per week), OR: $150 (2 classes per week) September thru June, + $75 registration fee

Level A:
$2,750.00
Installment Plan: $275 September thru June, + $75 registration fee

Level B: 
$4,000.00
Installment Plan: $400 September thru June, + $75 registration fee

Level C: 
$4,200.00
Installment Plan: $420 September thru June, + $75 registration fee

Level D:
$4,400.00
Installment Plan: $440 September thru June, + $75 registration fee

Trainee:
$5,500.00
Installment Plan: $550 September thru June, + $75 registration fee

Adult Beginner/Intermediate:
Single Class: $20
Ten-Class Card: $140

Students must submit a completed application form.

Once the form and payments have been received, you will be informed of the student's class placement (level). 

An important note regarding class placement and levels:
LABS Directors determine class placement for all students. Based on the first week of classes, students are placed in the level where the Directors feel they will benefit the most.
